Practicing yoga regularly at Soul Fire Studios brings a lot of balance to my life. It’s time I get alone to check in with myself, it helps me to manage my stress levels and gives me space to be present. Yoga strengthens my intuition so I listen to my body better to avoid burnout.
There’s the obvious health and wellbeing benefits but I think keeping a really strong connection between body and mind serves me well. On a good day, I can feel seamlessly connected through body and mind.
