Safety & Regulations
CHECK-IN:
For your first class, please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can help you get set up with an account, payment, and equipment you may need to participate in class. When you arrive, please tell us your name so we can get you checked in for class. To save time before your first visit, please create an account HERE.
FACILITIES:
We have yoga mats & towels available to hire for £1 each. There are separate showers and changing rooms for ladies and gents along with lockers for valuable items. Locks for lockers are also available to hire for £1 each at the front desk. Mat storage is available for members who attend regularly.
RESERVATION POLICIES:
It is best to book classes in advance to save your spot. This is especially important for Aerial Yoga and Dharma Wheel classes due to the limited number of spaces available. Class reservations guarantee your spot until 10 minutes before class, after which, your spot may be given to a walk-in student. The door is locked promptly at class time, so latecomers will not be able to attend class unless prior contact has been made to let us know that you will be late.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All bookings are eligible for free cancellation up to 2 hours before class. After that, the class will be considered paid for. For those with a class pass, this means the class will be forfeited in the instance of a no-show, or late cancellation (within 2 hours of class).
MEDICAL CONCERNS & STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY:
Since the services here may involve exercising the body in a heated room, and the use of props such as aerial silks, yoga wheels, blocks, and straps, you participate in these activities at your own risk. If there is any doubt about your physical health or concerns about whether these activities will be suitable for you, please seek medical advice before attending class. There is always an element of risk when participating in any physical activity, and yoga, hot yoga, aerial yoga, and yoga wheel may not be suitable for you depending on your conditions. Please contact us if you have any questions about the nature of these activities. Soul Fire Studios is not responsible for any injury, illness, or death as a result of participation in our services. We aim to provide a space where the student can listen to their needs and participate in a safe and enjoyable way.
AGE MINIMUM:
Minimum age is 16 for independent attendance at adult classes, (16 & 17 year olds will need written parental/guardian consent).
Teens 13-15 may attend adult classes with their parent/guardian as deemed appropriate and non-disruptive by the parent/guardian, or as otherwise agreed upon with any particular teacher before class.
We do not allow children 12 and under to take part in adult classes.
Individuals younger than 16 years old may not participate in hot yoga classes.
