Whether you’re an athlete, a yogi, or just looking to move better in daily life, Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that delivers incredible results.
At Soul Fire Yoga, we offer two styles of Mat Pilates to suit different needs:
Pilates Strength
Designed to build core power, muscle endurance, and stability, this class will challenge you with dynamic movements that strengthen and sculpt your entire body.
Pilates Stretch
A slower, more restorative session that lengthens tight muscles, improves mobility, and releases tension, leaving you feeling open and refreshed.
Our expert Pilates instructors bring a professional yet fun energy to every class, ensuring you feel supported, engaged, and empowered in your movement practice. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, our classes offer modifications for all levels so you can move with confidence and feel the benefits both on and off the mat.
What to wear/bring:
It is best to wear leggings and a vest top, or shorts and a t-shirt. You can bring your yoga mat (if you have one) and a water bottle. You can also bring a towel to use if you would like to take a shower here after class. We have mats and towels to hire for £1 each if needed. Straps and pilates balls will be at the studio for you to use.
