FAQs

  • Since our classes are designed to be open to all levels, we suggest those new to yoga take a 60-minute Hatha style class. Of course, this all depends on your fitness level. We aim to keep the movement of the classes uniform so that if you come to a more dynamic practice such as Vinyasa, you will feel guided to follow the flow and learn the movements as you go. We offer Beginners courses throughout the year as well.

  • The Unlimited Intro Offer begins at your first visit.

  • After your Unlimited Intro Offer expires, you are invited to join us with one of our members (depending on how often you attend) or we’ve got a 10-class pass if you need something more casual.

  • Our Hot yoga classes are proper hot.

    In Vinyasa FIRE sessions, you can expect a temperature between 35-38 degrees. Due to the dynamic movement in this style, the heat feels “cooler”.

    In our Hatha FIRE practices, you can expect temperatures between 37-40 degrees. Due to the static nature of postures in these classes, the temperature experience may feel hotter.

    For those who are NEW to hot yoga, we suggest taking a 60-minute class of either style of preference.

  • We suggest that to get the full and best experience with our HOT classes, prepare the following:

    • Drink plenty of water the day before and throughout the day

    • Replenish with electrolytes after the practice

    • Hold off on eating a heavy meal up to 3-4 hours before class

    • Always have a yoga towel with you during class

    • Bring a full water bottle to class with you

    Keep coming, as it takes 3-5 weeks to become fully acclimated to the heat (where it feels good to move in the heat). This means, if you’re coming once/week it will take 5 weeks; if you come twice/week, you will see results in 2-3 weeks.
